RACE COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Half Marathon start:

Poljički trg/Poljica Square (turn left after crossing the bridge, 50m upriver) – 5,274 km upstream along the flat land course through the Cetina river canyon – turn around and head back to the start line – turn around – again back to the same location – the same course downstream to the finish line (the starting location).

 

6 km race start:

Poljički trg/Poljica Square (turn left after crossing the bridge, 50m upriver) – 3 km upstream along the flat land course through the Cetina river canyon – turn around and head back to the finish line (the starting location)

AWARDS:

For the Half Marathon:

Cash prizes for 1^st-5^th place in both categories (M+F)

Trophies for 1^st – 3^rd place in M/F overall ranking

Regulations

NAPOMENA:

• Trajanje utrke polumaratona je ograničena na 2:30 sati
• Trkači koji budu imali na 10 km slabije vrijeme od 1h 20min, kao i na 15 km slabije vrijeme od 1h 45 min biti će isključeni iz utrke.
• Proglašenje pobjednika u 13,00 sati.
• Sadržaji startnih paketa različiti su za svaku utrku.
• Svaki natjecatelj trči na vlastitu odgovornost.

  IZJAVA O ODRICANJU ODGOVORNOSTI ORGANIZATORA

Svi sudionici utrke svojom prijavom i sudjelovanjem prihvaćaju niže navedene uvjete:

• Natjecatelj svojom prijavom i sudjelovanjem potvrđuje da na utrci nastupa isključivo na vlastitu odgovornost.
• Natjecatelj prihvaća da Organizator nije odgovoran za bilo koji oblik štete prema njemu nastao sudjelovanjem na natjecanju, posredno, neposredno, izdvojeno ili povezano, izazvan vlastitom nepažnjom i krivnjom ili nepažnjom i krivnjom drugih natjecatelja ili trećih osoba, prije, za vrijeme ili nakon utrke.
• Natjecatelj je odgovoran za bilo koji oblik štete prema trećim osobama koju je prouzročio ili kojoj je doprinio vlastitom nepažnjom ili krivnjom.
• Natjecatelj je dužan za vrijeme trajanja utrke, te neposredno prije i poslije iste, poštivati službeno objavljena pravila, upute o sigurnom kretanju i uvjete nastupa izdane od strane organizatora, kao i upute sudaca, redara i osoba angažiranih u organizaciji utrke na terenu.
• Natjecatelj se odriče prava sudskim putem potraživati od organizator naknadu bilo kojeg oblika štete nastale sudjelovanjem na utrci.

Svi osobni podaci iz prijave koristiti će se isključivo u svrhu provedbe i organizacije "Omiškog polumaratona" sukladno Općoj uredbi o zaštiti podataka (EU GDPR) i Zakonu o provedbi Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka (NN 42/2018.), uz primjenu odgovarajućih organizacijskih i tehničkih mjera zaštite osobnih podataka od neovlaštenog pristupa, zlouporabe, otkrivanja, gubitka ili uništenja. Podaci se neće dostaviti trećoj strani, te će nakon održavanja natjecanja svi osobni podaci biti izbrisani.
