09:30 a.m. – presentation of the race and welcome speech by the sponsor

10:00 a.m. – start of the 21 km half-marathon and the 5 km race

00:30 p.m. – announcements and distribution of prizes

APPLICATIONS: On the website of Stotinka d.o.o., www.stotinka.hr. The application must contain: name and surname, year of birth, gender, race in which you want to compete, club, association or school, place of residence, contact number, e-mail and shirt size. To all half-marathon competitors who register and pay the entry fee by April 29, 2024. a starter package is provided!

START FEE:

registered for the half-marathon race – €25 for payments until April 29, 2024.

registered for the 5 km race – €15 for payments until April 29, 2024.

If you are paying for more than one person, enter the name of the club, association or team in the description of the payment, and please be sure to send an e-mail with the list of runners for whom you pay the entry fee to atletski.klub.koprivnica@gmail.com.

The organizer will accept applications and payments after April 29, 2024., but in that case the competitor only receives a starting number and a chip. Entry fees for payments from April 30, 2024. until May 17, 2024., they are €25 for the half marathon and €15 for the 5 km race.

There is no registration or payment on the day of the race.

START PACKAGE - HALF MARATHON: for all registered participants who pay the entry fee by April 29, 2024. a start package is provided, which contains: start number, chip, dri-fit short-sleeved shirt, sponsor's gift and a voucher for a hot meal after the race.

START PACKAGE – 5 km RACE: for all registered participants who pay the entry fee by April 29, 2024. a start package is provided, which contains: start number, chip, dri-fit short-sleeved shirt, finisher's medal, and a voucher for a hot meal after the race.

RESTRICTIONS: Those born in 2007. and younger cannot participate in the half-marathon race, and in the 5 km race, underage competitors require parental consent to participate. The organizer will not accept the application of competitors whose ages are not in accordance with the restrictions!

HALF MARATHON AWARDS: In the half marathon race, during the announcement, CUPS will be awarded to the three first place finishers in the overall standings in the men's and women's competition, MEDALS to the three first place finishers in the following categories: men - M18, M25, M30, M35, M40, M45, M50, M55, M60+, women - Ž18, Ž25, Ž30, Ž35, Ž40, Ž45, Ž50, Ž55, Ž60+, and MEDALS for the best placed in the male and female competition residing in Koprivnica. A FINISHER'S MEDAL is awarded to all participants who run the half-marathon at the finish line.

PRIZES OF THE 5 KM RACE: During the announcement, MEDALS will be distributed to the three first place winners in the absolute category in the male and female competition, and MEDALS for the best placed in the male and female competition residing in Koprivnica.

RESPONSIBILITY: Competitors perform at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for damages, injuries or accidents during the race. By registering for the race, competitors also confirm that they give their consent to the organizer, the Athletics Club "Koprivnica" from Koprivnica, for the collection and further processing of personal data (name and surname, gender, year of birth, club name, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address). for the purpose of organization and implementation of the race, announcement of results, information and reporting on the race. Furthermore, with their consent, the competitors agree that photos and video materials taken before, during and after the race can be used for the purposes of reporting on the race, as well as further promotion of the race and future activities. Any consent giver can request access to their personal data, restriction of processing and request their deletion.
