roditelja/staratelja koji prijavljuje maloljetnog natjecatelja. Prijavom na utrku natjecatelj se odriče
mogućnosti prenošenja odgovornosti za ozljede na organizatora utrke te potvrđuje svoje
zdravstveno stanje i spremnost da završi utrku.

o Prijavom na utrku natjecatelj/nositelj roditeljske odgovornosti nad maloljetnim natjecateljem suglasan
je da organizator smije koristiti fotografije nastale za vrijeme, neposredno prije i poslije
utrke za svoje potrebe i potrebe promocije događaja. Natjecatelj je suglasan da organizator smije
koristiti njegove osobne podatke (ime i prezime, e-mail adresu, godinu rođenja) za internu
komunikaciju, slanje obavijesti o utrci, u promocijske svrhe organizatora te za objavu rezultata utrke.
